Review

An original 4-piece band (the typical Vox/Guitar, guitar, bass and drums, with an occasional
5th member on keys) moulded in a nostalgic ride of blues-driven kicks and melodies, fuelled
by a rock, rhythm and blues underbelly. With performances at highly reputable venues, such
as The Cockpit Theatre, 100 Club and Highbarn, this band regularly showcase their virtuosity
and tight musicianship. Currently on a ‘creative holiday’ they are preparing to explode onto
the music scene with new material, new recordings and regular performances. All members
have vast experience with various music styles, as performers and songwriters. The band
age range is between 21 and 43 all with different experiences. All have west end experience
as performers and with various bands. This project has been developing for over a year and
has resulted in material you could describe as ‘music for musicians’. They are also working
alongside an animator with regard to showcasing their music. This is a band not necessarily
aimed at the charts, but one that will have an appeal to all ages and lovers of good rock and
rhythm and blues. They have recently taken part in a Jools Holland style recording for DVD
produced by Essex Unsigned which will be on sale before Christmas 2010.
